Q: Does insurance cover the cost of FTU services?

A: Yes, most no-fault auto insurance and workers’ compensation policies cover our services. We also accept private-pay clients.

Q: Who works with the FTU clients?

A: Only highly-educated professionals who have received specialized certifications and training work with our clients.

Q: How do I begin working with FTU?
Q: Can I get services in my home?

A: Yes, FTU does provide services in home. Massage therapy typically takes place in the home. Functional Exercise Therapy may also be conducted in the home if necessary. Use the form on our Locations page to request in-home services from FTU.

Q: When can I schedule an appointment?

A: Client sessions are usually scheduled Monday through Friday between the hours of 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM.

Q: Do I need to get my own gym membership to work with FTU?

A: No. FTU will set up any gym membership needed with one of the facilities we partner with if you choose to get services at a fitness facility.

Q: I currently have my own gym membership. Can FTU work with me at my facility?

A: FTU only works with specific facilities in each area. We are happy to help set up a new membership with one of our partnered facilities.

Q: What are the typical physical conditions FTU works with?
